Delivery

  1. Post Office
    We offer three shipping methods by Post Office:

    First
     Basic Shipping: Basic shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. Although the cost is lower, we will not be able to track the package’s delivery speed once it leaves Taiwan. Please be aware of this. We recommend choosing this option if there are family members, colleagues, or building managers at the delivery address to receive the package and ensure its safe arrival.

    Second
    Registered Shipping with Signature: This option requires the recipient or a family member, friend, or building manager to sign for the package. Although this method is more expensive, it increases security. We can also track the package until it enters your country’s customs after it leaves Taiwan.

    Third
    International Express Mail: Choosing international express mail offers faster delivery, though the cost is higher. We can fully track the package’s delivery progress once it leaves Taiwan, allowing us to provide you with real-time updates on its status.

  2. SF EXPRESS (Hong Kong only)

It is because COVID-19, The shipping cost has increased very much, so we are currently unable to provide global free shipping service, Thank you for your understanding.

Free shipping service is provided only when we have special events or promotions taking place.

(1) Hong Kong / Macau 3 business days.

(2) Asia / Oceania 7~10 business days.

(3) America 12 ~ 14 business days.

(4) Europe 14 ~ 16 business days.

Your item might be at your post office waiting for you to pick up. The postman will call you if you’ve missed the delivery for the second time. If you miss the call, please contact your local’s post office, and provide your mail serial number.

For international customers, allow us to remind you that taxing differs from country to country. If you are ordering from another country, small amounts of import duties, VAT, or local sales tax might become applicable at your country during process of delivery.

The bill will be sent to you from your courier, which is out of our reach, and we are not able to estimate beforehand the exact amount of duties you will have to pay.

If products are returned solely because of taxing issues, you will be in charge of the returned shipping fee. If the returned shipping fee exceeds the original payment, there will be no refund

Return and refund

Within 7 days of receipt, refund is guaranteed for all un-opened or intact products. If you’d like to return an item, please send it back by post to KeithLink Showroom in TAIWAN.

Refund will be initiated within 7 days (excluding delivery process time) after we receive your returned item, and we will send you an email to inform you. Purchased items will be refunded as original payment method.

For sanitary reasons, private clothing becomes non-refundable as soon as they are unwrapped. All defective products are returnable as long as labels and tags are still attached.

Friendly reminder: The return shipping fee will be deducted from refund.

※ Please note that the following conditions might affect the amount of refund made:

  1. Clothing stained with makeup
  2. Clothing already worn, with sweat, dirt, or perfume stains
  3. Unwrapped private clothing
  4. Labels or tags detached
  5. Products not in the original state and condition when received (being processed with extra embroidery, tailoring, or printing etc.)
  6. Not returning all gifts along with the purchased item (except for product catalogs)
  7. Returning after seven days of receipt
  8. Non-returnable special orders or defective product sales

We will inform you by email once your parcel is received and your refund is initiated. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

If you refuse to pay Import duties, VAT,Local sales tax, lead to return, we will charge the returned goods generated shipping costs.

※All goods sent to the United Kingdom will be taxed by the local government. If the goods are returned due to your unwillingness to pay customs duties, we will replace the returned freight in the return of the goods returned to you. Please confirm before order.

Discount coupons

(1) All coupons issued by KeithLink can be used on KeithLink’s official website for all single orders of NT$1000 or more.

(2) Only one coupon can be used per order.

(3) Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

(4) All coupons are single-use that cannot be reiussed.

(5) Feel free to contact us if you have any more questions related to coupons.

In the event of return, coupon savings may be deducted from refund.

If the total value of purchased items (not including those that are returned) does not meet the minimum requirement (NT$1000), coupons become inapplicable and will be deducted from the refund.

For example, you made a purchase of over NT$3000 and redeemed a NT$200 coupon.

  1. If you’d like to return all items of this order, once you meet the return and refund policy, you will receive a refund of a maximum of NT$2800 (the actual amount of payment which you have made.)
  2. If you’d like to return part of your order, the redemption of the coupon will be subject to the total value of your order after return. If your returned items are of value of NT$2200, you will receive a refund of a maximum of NT$2000, since your order no longer meets the minimum requirement (NT$1000).
  3. All coupons are single-use and cannot be reissued.
